Return Policy
Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your order, we currently offer a 30-day money back guarantee. All returns must be in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- If a product being returned or exchanged is not in its original condition, has missing parts and/or is damaged, then a return / refund may not be granted. All returns / exchanges are subject to Convoy Covers discretion.
- We will email you once your return has been received and inspected. If you are approved, we will credit you the purchase amount minus a $35 restocking fee. Refunds will be credited back to original method of payment.
- Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Sale items are considered final sale.
Exchange
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Procedure & Shipping
- When shipping a product back for returns, purchaser is responsible for 100% of the shipping cost. It is advisable to consider purchasing a tracking number when shipping return items. Convoy Covers is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Abuse of Return Privileges
- Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong piece of gear. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
